The biggest Fall 2020 Korean makeup trends according to Amorepacific
What are the biggest Korean makeup trends of the season?
The Amorepacific Group, parent company of iconic K-Beauty brands like Sulwhasoo, Laneige and Innisfree, shared their make-up trend predictions for Fall 2020. The looks are inspired by the classic shades of autumn foliage and they’re presented in four different levels of difficulty.
Level 1: Easy Glow
The easiest way to achieve a trendy look this season is to use a glow base before makeup. This season is all about fresh, bouncy skin that looks naturally radiant like a dew drop in the morning.

Step 1:
Apply a thin layer of Hera’s Magic Starter in shade “01 Rose” to create a bright and smooth complexion.
Step 2:
Apply a fine layer of Hera’s Glow Lasting Foundation to complete your luminous makeup base.
Step 3:
Finish the look with a swipe of Hera’s Sensual Spicy Nude Balm in shade “279 Moody”.

Level 2: Tone-On-Tone
Tone-on-tone makeup has been trending for a few seasons now. The term describes a complete makeup look created using shades from the same colour family, particularly nude and muted colours.

Step 1:
Apply Sulwhasoo’s Perfecting Foundation to create a bright and clear skin base.
Step 2:
Add a hint of colour with Sulwhasoo’s Essential Lip Serum Stick in shade “38 Subtle Pink”.
Step 3:
Finish the look using Hera’s Face Designing Blusher in shade “05 Sculpting Pink” in the area beneath the eyes and above the cheeks.

Level 3: Cat’s Eyeline
Winged eyeliner is a classic style that made a huge comeback this season. Combine it with a dark-brick coloured lipstick for a perfect burnt-colour autumn look.

Step 1:
Apply a thin layer of Hera’s Black Foundation to even out skin tone.
Step 2:
Draw a winged eyeliner using Hera’s Easy Styling Eyeliner in shade “79 Black”.
Step 3:
Finish the look with a swipe of Hera’s Rouge Holic Cream in shade “348 Rose Fatal”.

Level 4: Golden Eyes
Rosy brown with a subtle golden hue is the biggest Korean eye makeup trend of the season. The key of this style is in blending the colors well to create a seamless look.

Step 1:
Apply a fine layer of Hera’s Black Foundation to create a more uniform complexion.
Step 2:
Using the Hera’s Shadow Duo palette, apply the “Misty Rose” eyeshadow all over the eyelid, then use your fingertips to apply the “Mellow” eyeshadow and create a dramatic look.
Step 3:
Finish the look with Hera’s Sensual Spicy Nude Volume Matte in shade in “279 Moody”.
