Mild sunscreen with a soft, tone-up formula.
“Brightening Up Sun+” is a tone-up sunscreen that revives and perfects complexion, helping to brighten up skin and protect it from UV rays at the same time.
The sunscreen features a peach-coloured formula that provides a tone-up effect for 24 hours and keeps complexion looking lively all day long (In-vivo test conducted by P&K Skin Research Center on 20 women aged 20-59 from 2 December to 4 December 2019).
“Brightening Up Sun+” contains Pycnogenol, an ingredient extracted from pine trees that helps enhance skin’s immunity.
The sunscreen was tested to be suitable for sensitive skin:
- In-vivo test for sensitive skin suitability conducted by P&K Skin Research Center on 32 adults aged 20-55 from 8 February to 10 February 2021.
- In-vivo skin irritation test conducted by KC Skin Research Center on 32 adults aged 19-59 from 17 February to 19 February 2021.
The product offers quintuple protection against UVA, UVB, blue light, infrared light and fine dust.
- In-vitro test for blue light protection conducted by KC Skin Research Center on 9 December 2019.
- In-vivo test for evaluation of infrared radiation protection conducted by IC Korea on 20 adults aged 20-60 from 13 January to 22 January 2020.
- In-vivo test for lipid peroxidation performed by P&K Skin Research Center on 20 men aged 20-59 from 4 December to 6 December 2019.
“Brightening Up Sun+” boast a soft tone-up formula that is absorbed without stickiness. Since it brightens up complexion, the product can be used in place of a make-up base.
The sunscreen was formulated with Tannin Complex that regulates excess sebum productions and keeps skin soft all day long. Tannin Complex is composed of Green Tea Extract to minimise the apperance of pores, Grape Seed Oil to relieve skin and Persimmon Leaf Extract to regulate sebum production.
The product comes in an eco-friendly paper packaging that is easy to recycle.
Dr.G privately commissioned tests to verify the UV protection of the sunscreen and obtained the certifications below. Please note that these tests were privately commissioned by the company and are not legally equivalent to the pre-market tests required to commercialise a sunscreen in South Korea. Directions:
At the last step of your skin care routine, take an adequate amount and apply it evenly across areas of the skin exposed to UV rays.

Store away from direct sunlight. For external use only. Do not use on wounds or if you are allergic to any ingredients of this product.
