Korean beauty retailer CJ Olive Young taps into Korea’s growing wellness trend with “Olive Better”, a new retail concept designed for wellness-conscious millennials.
A new omnichannel platform for wellness-conscious millennials
Korean beauty giant CJ Olive Young has announced plans to launch Olive Better, a new omnichannel platform offering curated wellness products targeted at consumers in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties, in the first quarter of 2026.
Unlike Olive Young, which mainly specialises in cosmetic products, Olive Better will offer a variety of products to respond to six different wellness needs:
Stores and online platform to launch in 2026
The first Olive Better store will open in Gwanghwamun (Seoul) in early 2026, followed by a second location in Gangnam (Seoul), two major business districts with heavy footfall from both locals and visitors. To provide a full omnichannel experience, the company also plans to launch an online Olive Better section on its Korean website to provide tailored product suggestions and wellness routines.
At this point, it is uncertain whether the Olive Better section will also be available on Olive Young Global.
